Honestly, I don't know why I'm surprised. I'm a big fan of Gearbox, and science fiction, and, while I'm not a huge fan of the Aliens franchise, Aliens is one of my favorite films of all time. However, for some reason, Gearbox's Aliens: Colonial Marines didn't appear on my radar until about five minutes ago upon my viewing of the trailer I'm about to share with you loyal readers. Take note, when you watch it, how the pulse rifles sound exactly like they do in Aliens. If only Bill Paxton was somewhere yelling "Game over, man. Game over," it would be the greatest videogame trailer ever committed to 1s and 0s.
