NetherRealm Studios has announced yet another addition to the Mortal Kombat roster this week. The latest addition brings back the master of the shadows: Noob Saibot.
Noob was revealed in a character announcement trailer on IGN this morning. In his first couple of appearance, Noob Saibot was (visually) nothing more than a palette swap of Scorpion and Sub-Zero. Over the course of the last couple of games in the series, he has developed both a look and a personality that has transformed him into a character of his own. The design in the new game may be the most original yet. Noob has a very evil, almost death-like, look to him in the new game as well as a moveset that makes good use of his relationship with shadows.
Now that the wait for MvC3 is over, I guess I have to look to Mortal Kombat as my next highly anticipated title. Check out his reveal trailer courtesy of IGN:
