Those begging for a next gen off road racing game now have something to look forward to as Codemasters announced the development of DIRT: Colin McRae Off-Road for the Xbox 360, PS3, and PC.  The game will ship sometime in 2007 and will feature the usual off road racing fun you'd expect out of a Colin McRae game.  The game will have all 12.4 miles of the Pikes Peak International race way in the game as well as some new multiplayer modes.  Looks like fun if you like to race in the dirt.
