Metroid Other M combat footage
Here's a brief look at the third-person combat you can expect in Metroid Other M, courtesy of Official Nintendo Magazine. I was a bit skeptical about the pace of the game but Samus moves very quickly and it adds a sense of vitality and dangerousness to the character that was missing in the more cerebral, exploration-based Prime games. Other M launches at the very end of August, and I can tell you the wait is getting almost painful at this point.
