Lots of news coming out today in the PlayStation Blog for
Resistance 2 as the game has gone gold and should be headed for manufacturing. The beta also starts today with a wave of those that pre-ordered the game, subscribed to Qore, or won a contest at GamePro.com getting in. More waves are due in shortly and you can try to get in by signing up at
beta.myresistance.net once that site goes live tonight. There are both co-op and competitive game modes in the beta with 20, 40, and 60 player maps available to try out. The game is due out November 4th and I know Chuck's pretty excited about it and I know our old GN pal,
James Stevenson is really proud of it.
