This Nintendo 64 portable console looks like it was officially licensed by Nintendo

There are tons of custom made game consoles on the market, some officially licensed, some not, that allowed to play all your old games in the palm of your own hands, but I don't think I have ever seen one as slick looking as this. The following was posted on the Bacman forums in the finished projects section. User Bungle Bungleman has created his own portable Nintendo 64 console that looks like a piece of art. Seriously Nintendo, hire this guy when it comes to designing things for your future consoles and handhelds.

Here is a run down of the custom console.

  • Custom controller-shaped case with hand grips
  • 3.5" screen
  • Battery: 4400mAh at 7.4v
  • Battery life: 4 hours 15 minutes
  • Expansion Pak
  • Battery indicator
  • 1st party N64 controller
  • Custom buttons and d-pad, dual z buttons
  • Gamecube style replacement joystick
  • HMDX Go Portable Audio amp and speakers with volume buttons
  • Switchable internal memory/rumble

This seriously looks like an officially released product from Nintendo, which makes me wonder why they never released anything like this in the first place. As of right now it seems that this may be the only one he has made but he did mention on his Youtube page that if you are interested in owning one, just subscribe to his channel or join the forums to find out when he will have more available.
