Jeremy Reimer over at Ars Technica has posted a good
article on
the trials and travails of next generation cross platform
development. It's a pretty solid, semi-technical read that
highlights what developers are facing developing for next generation
consoles and the new science of developing multi-threaded
applications. The only flaw I saw is that he continues the myth
that all first generation 360 titles are single threaded but the rest
of the article looks very tight.
