More On: The Settlers 7: Paths to a Kingdom
Ubisoft announced the availability of the demo for The Settlers 7: Paths to a Kingdom.  The demo contains on map that's playable in three different modes.  It also has a tutorial video with a voice cast and some explanations of additional features.  You can find it at the usual places online.

They even released a video that shows off the capable graphics engine the game uses.

It's quite impressive and even makes me want to try the demo.  Then I remember the ill-advised, completely over-the-top DRM the game uses and I walk away shaking my head.  Why, Ubisoft?  Why?  The DRM alone will keep me from buying any of their products on PC until they've made some changes.
