CVG is
reporting that Take Two is selling peripheral division Joytech to Mad Catz. According to the article the move is inline with their intention to sell off non-core businesses (i.e. non-game studios) so they can focus on what they do best (no, I'm not taking the easy cheap shot). While it's not unexpected I do wonder if this is the first move in a larger move to start breaking up the company.
