Super Monday Night Combat update allows for Steam trading

184 Hours.... thats how long I have been playing Super Monday Night Combat since the open beta that went live about a month ago. Needless to say game has been taking up all my time as of late. If you loved the original Monday Night Combat on Xbox Live then you will love Super Monday Night Combat which is a free to play game on Steam. 

Every week the game is updated and now rule change 5 for Super Monday Night Combat is live and with it bring steam trading. Players now have to trade items with other characters. For those who don't know the game offers tons of way to customize your characters but at the price of real world money. There is one other way to earn cosmetic items which is to earn them in after game prizes however these drops are extremely rare. The game does offer some free cosmetic items so if you have any lying around you don't want then you may be able to trade the items with other players for something you are interested in. 

Trading pros currently isnt available so players don't accidentally trade away their only available pro, but this may be available in future updates. Uber has stated that if it becomes available only duplicate pros will be available to trade. Currently I have 2 Combat Girls. One I bought for $0.99 and one came with a Pro Pack I purchased for $14.99 which came with five different pros.

New Rules

Added the ability to change chat rooms.
Added trading specific chat rooms.
Greatly reworked main menu, store and locker room UI.
Improved the UberNet login page with password recovery tools.
Added new Annihilator console art.
Added a time out for Training Bots so that they don't get stuck and lag the server and clients.
Added headshot icons to replays.
GG Stack and Chip Valvano: Reduced the amount of Kill Streak and Multikill announcements.
Reduced the amount of Kill Streak and Multikill messages.
Added new icons for all weapons.
Added indicator for all 'placed' skill items, seen by allies.
Added language filter to chat.

Bug Fixes
Fixed typo "+$" at the beginning of a Kill Streak message.
Fixed tracers from sometimes being the wrong color.
Fixed incorrect spawn time increases after the 25 minute mark.
Fixed friends list invite window spilling off the side of the screen.

All Magnet: Improved how it pulls pickups. Will not pull juice or oranges if you have full juice. Will not pull armor if you have full armor. Will not pull churros if you are at full health and full skills. Will not pull bacon if you already have it. You can still walk on these pickups to pick them up normally.

Downtown Spunky Arena
Continued art revisions.
Fixed a small ledge on the side buildings where players could unintentionally stand.

Training Camp
Fixed not allowing uniforms, taunts, weapons, endorsements, and products.
Added more instructional VO.
