The folks over at 1up
noticed yesterday that Cryptic studios has shut down their blog and message boards. It's certainly an odd move as cutting off communication with your fan base is a bit abrupt. There have been rumors that the Marvel MMO Cryptic has been working on has been canned but nothing definite has ever come out. The company also recently sold their rights to
City of Heroes/City of Villains back to NC Soft so it's not like they have any other announced games in the pipeline.
