StarDock to distribute CinemaWare games

StarDock announced today that they will be distributing games from CinemaWare and CinemaWare Marquee through their TotalGaming.Net  digital distribution system.  The first title Defender of the Crown: Heroes Live Forever is now available for $19.95.  Always good to see more of these deals as I've become a big fan of digital distribution (it's a lot easier to download a bunch of games and install them than having to dig through a closet full of crap to find the right discs to install something).  Check the PR for more info.

Cinemaware Games Coming to TotalGaming.net

 

March 29, 2007 – Stardock Entertainment and eGames, Inc. today announced an agreement to bring a wide range of eGames’ Cinemaware® and Cinemaware Marquee™ games to Stardock’s leading TotalGaming.net (TGN) digital distribution service. The agreement marks continued cooperation between the two companies after the successful release of Space Rangers™ 2: Rise of the Dominators via TGN last November.

 

Defender of the Crown: Heroes Live Forever®, which is now available at http://totalgaming.stardock.com/games/?id=def, is the first title to be released under this agreement, and TotalGaming.net is the first third-party outlet to distribute the game digitally. The game is available now for $19.95 or 2 TGN tokens.
