Second developer diary for XCOM: Enemy Unknown goes over the art of the game

Here's the second developer diary for XCOM: Enemy Unknown that has Firaxis Art Director Greg Foetsch answering questions about how they came up with the artistic direction for the game.  They cover a lot of the basics including character design (the XCOM soldiers look like GI Joe figures) and a few other fun little things.
