If you plan on picking up Red Orchestra 2, you might want to consider pre-purchasing it through Steam.  Some of the bonuses you'll get with the Steam Digital Deluxe Edition are day 1 unlocking of the elite assault weapons and semi auto sniper weapons, two playable characters for Killing Floor, a couple hats for Team Fortress 2, and access to the final phase of the closed beta.  You'll also get 10% off of both versions of the game, or 20% off if you own the original Red Orchestra.  There are also a couple extra bonuses for owning the original game.  For more info on these bonuses, check out the official press release.
