Penguin United makes New Super Mario a little more comfortable

Penguin United is bringing the 4 in 1 Control Brothers out next year. It looks like a simple Playstation-style grip but it's amazing what some handles and a smoother frame can do for a controller, especially during long rounds of New Super Mario Bros. That's obviously what Penguin had in mind because the aptly named Control Brothers come in a 4 pack for around $25. A little pricey for a plastic shell but as I said, ergonomics make all the difference. Penguin should have this product on display at CES next month.

Color Coded Grips Bring Old Style Control to Wii Remote

Fremont, Calif., (December 2009) - Penguin United has provided gamers with a new way to use their Wii remote with the launch of its 4 in 1 Control Brothers for Super Mario. The Control Brothers turns the Wii Remote into a traditional controller that can be gripped in a horizontal position using both hands.

Instead of holding the Wii Remote in one hand as a vertical wand, Penguin's new design fits around the Remote so that it can be gripped horizontally in a traditional manner.

The 4 in 1 Controller Brothers turns the Wii Remote into a comfortable controller suitable for titles like Super Mario Brothers and Super Samsh Bros. Brawl.

"The Controller Brothers help eliminate the finger jamming that many players experience with the Wii Remote," stated Richard Huang, Penguin's President.
