The
numbers are as follows for January:
- Nintendo Wii: 436,000 units
- Microsoft Xbox 360: 294,000 units
- Sony PlayStation 3: 244,00 units
Nintendo had a nice little January even outselling the two consoles that aren't experiencing a shortage. Recent visits to various stores have turned up plenty of PlayStation 3's, Xbox 360's, but no Wii's. Of course every region will vary but we'll have to see if Nintendo can sustain it's lead in sales over the course of 2007.
