In June, a new expansion pack for RollerCoaster Tycoon 3 will be released. Titled Soaked!, the pack will feature water parks, if you couldn't figure it out from the title. I've never tried the third one but I've heard good things about it.

With RollerCoaster Tycoon(R) 3: Soaked! the park guests will catch rays and ride the waves on more than fifty new rides and coasters including super- splash flume rides, massive water slides, wave pools and more. Players will also be able to create aquatic spectaculars with performing dolphins, killer whale shows and customizable aquariums as well as design dazzling laser light water shows and synch them to music with the H20 MixMaster. A new Swimming Pool Designer and Waterfall Designer will let players add hundreds of new park enhancements to create the ultimate summer fun experience as well as other new features that extend and enhance the original game.
RollerCoaster Tycoon 3: Soaked! is being developed by Frontier Developments, Ltd. of Cambridge, England, in conjunction with Chris Sawyer, the creator and sole developer of RollerCoaster Tycoon, and will be introduced in June for the PC.
