Here's the new developer diary for MAG
that covers the command and control scheme of the game, or as I like to call it, how you're going to boss your squad mates around the battlefield.
I know a lot of people get caught up in the whole 256 person combat thing but in all honesty you're really only playing 8 on 8 or 16 on 16 because the game maps are so large and the game breaks everyone into squads around that map. You really only notice the size and scope of the game at the end of a match as the groups start to converge on one point or when you pull up the map of the battlefield and see everyone playing. Personally I'm interested to see how well the servers hold up to the strain of that many people using them at once.
