Killswitch Engage returns to the Rock Band Music Store next week!

The long wait for Killswitch Engage fans like myself is over. Killswitch Engage is finally returning to the Rock Band music store with three tracks and those tracks are all awesome songs!

They are
  • "The End Of Heartache" X
  • "The Arms Of Sorrow"
  • "Starting Over" O
Songs marked with an "X" will offer Pro Guitar and Pro Bass expansions and songs marked with an "O" will feature keyboard support.

All tracks will be arriving on July 31st 2012 and will cost $5.49 (440 Microsoft Points, 550 Wii Points) for the entire pack or $1.99 (160 Microsoft Points, 200 Wii Points) per song

A $0.99 (80 Microsoft Points, 100 Wii Points) upgrade is available for songs that are eligible for Pro Guitar and Pro Bass


Cambridge, Mass. – July 27th, 2012 – Harmonix today announced that tracks from Killswitch Engage are headed to the Rock Band™  Music Store of downloadable content for the Xbox 360® video game and entertainment system from Microsoft, PlayStation®3 computer entertainment system and Wii™.

Rock Band provides the deepest and best selection of artists, songs and albums through the Rock Band music platform, which features more than 1,400 artists and more than 3,500* tracks via disc and download purchase (complete list of tracks at Rock Band’s gigantic music library dwarfs that of any other rhythm video game on the market. More than 100 million songs have been sold through the Rock Band Music Store since its launch on Nov. 20, 2007.

Tracks downloaded from the Rock Band Music Store are compatible with the award-winning full-band Rock Band 3 experience, as well as the upcoming controller-based Rock Band Blitz, coming August 28th for  PlayStation Network and August 29th for Xbox LIVE® Arcade!

Rock Band DLC Additions for Xbox 360, PlayStation®3 system and Wii™

Metalcore Roadrunner Records recording artists Killswitch Engage makes their return to Rock Band on July 31st, with “Killswitch Engage Pack 01”! The three pack kicks off with “The End of Heartache,” from 2004’s studio record of the same name. “The Arms of Sorrow,” the second single from 2006’s As Daylight Dies and “Starting Over,” the second single from the band’s 2009 self-titled fifth album, round out the pack.
