There is no denying the influence of Irrational Games' Ken Levine in the world of video games; his BioShock series is one of the most popular and influential franchises in the industry, let alone his previous work. This week however, Ken has been elevated to a whole new level as TIME Magazine named him a candidate for their 2012 list of the most influential people in the world.

TIME Magazine recently launched their poll which asks fans to cast their votes on the leaders, artists, innovators, and icons in our world. Levine is up against people like Barack Obama, George Clooney, Warren Buffett, and many, many more.

Fans have a chance to vote for Levine on TIME’s official poll page until April 6, 2012. Things are looking good right now as thus far, Ken has received plenty more votes of approval for his influence than not. Head over and cast your vote today!
