Pirates of the Caribbean Online is continuing the fun started with its Free Weekend by kicking off a new contest. You're invited to join in the Hoist Your Colors Privateering Contest. Both Unlimited Access Members and Basic members are encouraged to go hunting for ships with a bounty around The Privateer Islands - Isla de la Avaricia and Ile D'Etable de Porc. Players with the most Bounty wracked up for ships sunk will win an official PotCO baseball cap. The top 100 Unlimited members will score a Limited Edition, numbered and bound "Privateer's License" collector's item. You have until Sunday, August 24 (11:59 PM Pacific Time) to bring in those Bounties.

The top Privateers with the highest scores will win. Score is based on Bounty and number of Ships Sunk, so go after ships with the highest Bounty. Good hunting!
