Wondering why you got the frumpy old World Tour drum kit in your
Guitar Hero 5 full band bundle? It
turns out Activision is holding out on us until the
baby boomer exploiting casual-centric
Band Hero ships, and for a very limited time, the new drum kit will be exclusive to Wii. Surprise surprise, the casual game gets a Wii exclusive. I'm no happier about it than you are, but at least it will be sold separately for all three consoles, albeit "later in the year." Considering Band Hero ships in November, there won't be much of 2009 left so I'm guessing sometime in mid December.
