In what's one of the more interesting moves I've seen in a while Gamefly has
purchased independent gaming website Shacknews and it's associated properties (including Fileshack and the newly launched Shackvideo). Shacknews gets a cash infusion to help them expand but I'm not really sure what Gamefly is getting out of the deal unless they start integrating their gaming news into the website.
