It looks like the ESA is getting as sick of these lame video game laws as the rest of us as they
announced yesterday that they are going after the state of Illinois to get back nearly $650,000 in legal fees. It's nice to see that the ESA is actually going to force the politicians to be a little more accountable for passing these wastes of tax payer laws when they do little but round out a politicians resume at election time. No word on if they are going to go after the other states that have passed such laws and had them struck down.
