EA acquires Hypnotix

Cue the Imperial March from Star Wars as Electronic Arts has purchased Hypnotix (developers of the Outlaw series of games) to build their new line of Arena Football League games according to this article over at Team Xbox. No word if the game will contain crazy strippers or not but given that you're playing the abomination of a sport called Arena Football it might help. I'm sorry but the sport is like hockey and football had a one night stand after drinking a lot of bad tequila and then gave the child up for adoption.
