DDO Unlimited hits milestone, celebrates 4th anniversary

Turbine, Inc. announced today a number of things regarding Dungeons & Dragons Online: Eberron Unlimited.  First, over one million new players have joined the game since September 2009.  The amount of paying subscribers has doubled and it's experienced 500% growth in revenue.  This is all being said as the game passes the 4-year mark since initial release.

Also, the Executive Producer of DDO Unlimited, Fernando Paiz, will speak at the upcoming Game Developers Conference.  The session will be called "The Future of MMO Monetization: How Turbine Supercharged DDO by Adopting a Hybrid Business Model" and will talk about DDO Unlimited's business model.  More details are in the press release if you plan on going to GDC.
