Here's some
instructions on how to create your own demo disk of
Guitar Hero III in case you don't pick up the new Tony Hawk game or the December issue of OXM. It will work on all 360s so you don't need a modded machine to play it. I think they should just release this on the Marketplace anyways but we'll see if it does come to that.
