Big name actors enlisted for voices in Call of Duty: Black Ops

More On: Call of Duty: Black Ops
Activision announced today that a couple of big actors will provide voice work for Call of Duty: Black Ops.  The first is Gary Oldman; he's no surprise since he's done voice acting in other games (Call of Duty: World at War and Medal of Honor: Allied Assault - Spearhead).  The second is Ed Harris.  Good grief, that man has been in a lot of movies that I really like.  Check out the full list at IMDB.

Additionally, David Goyer is providing "script consultation and story development support."  His name might not be familiar but he's helped with such movies as Dark Knight, Batman Begins, and Blade.  All in all, I don't think these Hollywood types will detract from the experience.  Now, it's just a little bit of a wait until the November 9 release date for Call of Duty: Black Ops.
