Treasure knows how to make a shooter game and they have proven that time and time again. Their next title is launching in a few short months as the Xbox Live Arcade exclusive Bangai-O HD Missile Fury.
The Bangai-O series started on the Nintendo64 and the Sega Dreamcast but really rose to prominence on the Nintendo DS with Bangai-O Spirits. The series is now making the jump into HD with an insane looking shooter on XBLA. Talk about “bullet-hell”, the gameplay shown below looks insane. Schmup fans are sure to love this one:
