Two DJ Hero 2 demos available - virtual and Best Buy

Interested in checking out DJ Hero 2 before release day on October 19th? Activision has you covered with two demos that are now available.

Over 900 participating Best Buy stores across the nation are setting up turntables to demo DJ Hero 2 in either Freestyle, Quickplay, or various multiplayer modes including Accumulator and DJ Battle. The mixes available in stores feature Pussycat Dolls/Busta Rhymes/Pitbull, Lady Gaga/Colby O’Donis/Deadmau5, MSTRKRFT/N.O.R.E., and Estelle/Kanye West/Chic. Read on for the track titles.

Those who are interested can also check out Freestyle mode online with a virtual turntable that is controlled with your keyboard and mouse (trackpad users are welcome - I’ve tried it). The tracks available feature Tiesto, Sneaky Sound System and Blackroc featuring Pharoahe and RZA. 
Budding beat chemists, singing sensations and their friends can now get their hands on a pair of DJ Hero® 2 demos, giving the highly-anticipated follow up to the #1 new IP of 2009 a spin before the game launches on Tuesday, October 19. Starting today, over 900 Best Buy stores nationwide will offer fans and all of their friends the chance to fire up two turntable controllers and experience their favorite music in an all-new way with an in-store playable demo featuring the game’s all-new Freestyle gameplay mechanics, Quickplay and multiplayer modes including Accumulator and DJ Battle.
