Code Veronica and RE4 looking nice in HD

More On: Resident Evil: Revival Selection
Capcom of Japan has released a new trailer showing off the upcoming compilation entitled Resident Evil: Revival Selection. The package will contain HD versions of both Resident Evil: Code Veronica X and Resident Evil 4 for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. While the game is seeing a full commercial release in Japan on September 8, 2011, the games will be released individually on the Xbox Live Marketplace and PlayStation Store here in the States later this year.

In the trailer below, gamers can get a good look at the visual enhancements being made to both games. Code Veronica in particular seems to be showing the most improvement from the bump in resolution. It is also worth noting that it is being reported that the 360 versions of the game will feature a full 1,000 point lineup of gamerscore points rather than the standard XBLA 200. The reason that they are receiving the bump is due to the facts that they will be listed under the “Games on Demand” section of the marketplace rather than the Arcade section.

Looks pretty good if you ask me, and I would gladly replay both games...
