Microsoft will eventually sell their games on Steam

Steam's the defacto online store to purchase PC games. Microsoft's trying their hand, like EA and Ubisoft, to offer games on their online store as well.

But, even EA and Ubisoft sells their games on Valve's system. EA not so much anymore, but they still have older games there. Microsoft is making some really sweeping changes lately in regards to Xbox games and in an interview with Giant Bomb, Phil Spencer says they will ship games on Steam again eventually.

Time table is up in the air, of course, but it's good to see Microsoft adapting and changing their ways. They've done a good job at making games from the Windows Store have more PC specific features enabled like enabling V-Sync and allowing multi-GPU configurations.

I admit, Phil's doing a good job at turning the view of Microsoft's Xbox division around after a disastrous start of the Xbox One. Let's hope they keep it going.
