Hothead Games announced that Penny Arcade Adventures: On the Rain-Slick Precipice of Darkness, Episode Two will also be hitting XBLA on Wednesday, October 29th. The game will cpost 1200 MS points and be available at 4:00 a.m. EST.

We are happy to announce that Penny Arcade Adventures: On the Rain-Slick Precipice of Darkness, Episode Two will be launching on Xbox LIVE Arcade and playgreenhouse.com next Wednesday, October 29. It’s just in time for Halloween, which is appropriate given the somewhat ghoulish themes and characters you’ll encounter when you play this second installment of our very popular game series.

For those of you who want to play the game at the very first possible moment, it will be available at 4:00 a.m. Eastern / 1:00 a.m. Pacific. And this time around we’ve really beefed up our servers for the launch so that we’re ready for the onslaught!

Some of you expressed a preference to play the game on Steam, so I want to make sure that you are aware it is fully our intention for all episodes of the series to be available on that service. We don’t fully control the exact timing of when it will be available, but we currently anticipate it will be very shortly after launch, as it was with Episode One.

We will have some more details about what is in store for Episode Two over the coming week, and reviews are starting to hit various magazines and web sites now. And of course we always love hearing feedback from you directly.
