Hey, April 1st is coming and you know the second season of Game of Thrones is coming. Want to watch it on your Xbox 360? Well, if you have Comcast or Time Warner, you can't.

Usually when you hear negative news about a cable company, Comcast or Time Warner is usually in the mix and this time it's no different. HBO GO was recently released on the Xbox 360, but a representative from HBO confirmed to Game Informer that if you have one of those two cable companies, you're out of luck for now.

It's too bad we all can't get along and provide content to everyone regardless of what cable provider we have, but that just doesn't seem to be the case. Let's hope they can resolve this soon so those folks can enjoy the continuing adventures of the Stark family and their hijinks against the Lannisters on Microsoft console.

The following cable companies will let you watch HBO GO on the 360:
  • AT&T
  • BendBroadband
  • Blue Ridge Communications
  • Cablevision, Charter
  • CoX
  • Directv
  • Dish
  • Grande Communications
  • HTC Digital Cable
  • Massillon Cable/Clear Picture
  • Mediacom
  • Midcontinent Communications
  • RCN
  • Suddenlink
  • Verizon
  • Wow
