In celebration of the launch of
Sonic Generations,
Sega has released the first video in a four part documentary series about the
Sega's blue mascot, Sonic the Hedgehog. The first video, titled "The Birth of Sonic", takes a short look at how Sonic became the mascot of
Sega, replacing Alex Kidd. It's a short video, but I'd love to see the rest when
Sega releases them.
