I have to be honest, I didn’t think that the chances of us seeing the new
Twisted Metal released this year were very good. Someone at Sony must be intent on proving me wrong as it has been announced that the new entry in the series will launch exclusively on the PlsyStation 3 on October 4, 2011.
The Twisted Metal series has been a Sony staple since the early days of the original PlayStation. Gamers have been frothing at the mouth for a new, HD entrant in the series since the PlayStation 3 was first announced many years ago. Well, the wait is finally over as the new game is almost here. Sony has released a new trailer for the game to go along with the announcement of the release date and gives us some a good look at the insane combat included in the new title. The video was shown as a world exclusive on GameTrailers TV.
