Geohot's one of the big hackers out there and not too long ago, he published a zip to let you jailbreak the
PlayStation 3. Well, you didn't think Sony was going to take this lying down did you? He's been served and well, we'll see how this is going to turn out. To me, this screams of a desperate move for Sony since the exploit is in the wild and there's not much you can do to stop it. I don't think Sony has a case here, but I guess time will tell.
