GameSetWatch has
posted the full list of winners from the Game Developers Choice Awards and the big winner was
Portal which won game of the year, Best Game Design, and the Innovation Award. Right behind it was
Bioshock which won for Best Writing, Best Visual Art, and Best Audio. The big surprise for me was seeing
Crackdown win for Best Debut which it certainly deserves. It was also nice seeing flOw getting some love.
The only odd thing was seeing Nintendo win only one award (
Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass won best handheld) and Super Mario Galaxy was shut-out completely. Also shut out was
Halo 3 but that's really not much of a surprise. Full list of winners cut and pasted after the jump.
