1up has a first look at a tech demo for the Wii, titled
Wii Music: Orchestra. While technically not a game (yet), it utilizes the new controller as a conductor's wand for directing an orchestra. Being an orch dork myself, I am psyched for thie opportunity to one day show up my old conductor. Okay, maybe not. But I approve of the concept.
