Registration (or as I like to call it “Christmas in July”) has opened effective today for the 2012 Consumer Electronics Show
in Las Vegas. The show will be January 10-13, 2012 and will move to a Tuesday – Friday window this year instead of the Thursday to Sunday schedule we saw in 2009 and 2010. As in years past, industry affiliates can register for free until September 1st when a $100 fee will be charged until December 20th when it rises to $200.
Although CES isn’t game focused, the GamingNexus staff usually has a large contingent covering any and all games, accessories, hardware and Audio/Video products that relate to gaming that are found on the show floor. Sony, Microsoft, Capcom, Razer and tons of other companies are always at the show and we usually get our hands on some pretty cool stuff. The show has also been rebounding in both exhibiters and attendees the last few years after getting smacked around by the poor economy in 2009, so hopefully 2012 will bring even more companies to Vegas.
Anyone interested in attending can register
