If you’re a regular here at Gaming Nexus, you may have noticed that I’ve quite the love affair with the simulation genre of games. In fact, several of my reviewed titles to this point are of the simulation persuasion. I’ve got my eye on a new one today, as publisher Focus Entertainment and developer Two Horizons announced that Hotel Renovator is launching on March 7th for PC, with a release on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S coming later this year.
In Hotel Renovator, you inherit a derelict hotel from your grandfather and work to restore the property as you carry on his legacy in the game’s story mode. Or if you prefer your simulators to be more pick-up and play, you can opt for sandbox mode instead. Either way, you must use savvy business sense and an eye for interior design to guide your hotel to reach its full potential. With over 2,000 furniture items on offer, there should be no issue with putting your unique flair into the place either.
