Developer Arrowiz and publisher Prime Matter are proud to announce a release date for their upcoming turn based visual novel inspired JRPG titled Mato Anomalies. The game takes place on the titular Mato, a neo-futurustic version of an oriental city. You get to play as not one, but two protagonists named Doe and Gram as they investigate anomalies across the city. Meet and recruit new allies as you unravel the dark secrets of this town. A unique turn based combat is utilized where health is shared across all party members and a dual talent system is introduced. Do you have what it takes to venture into mysterious rifts and battle demonic abominations?
A new trailer was introduced to celebrate alongside the release date announcement that showcases a different side of Detective Doe. Mato Anomalies boasts some beautiful artwork paired with fully voice acted segments and is shaping up to be a strong contender for next year's line up of games. Mato Anomalies is coming to PC via Steam, Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, Xbox Series S|X, PlayStation 4, and PlayStation 5 on March 10, 2023. The game will be priced at $39.99.
