Bubba Wallace and Logitech G are partnering up together to promote Logitech's racing line of peripherals

More On: G923 Racing Wheel and Pedals

Bubba Wallace is one of the more successful NASCAR drivers out there and he loves to game. And Logitech makes some very good racing peripherals such as wheels, shifters, and pedals. So it just seems natural that the two would enter in a partnership together.

Logitech G announced they are teaming up with Bubba Wallace to help promote their line of racing and gaming products today. Bubba actually uses the Logitech G923 TRUEFORCE Racing Wheel and Driving Force Shifter when he races in iRacing. Also, Bubba will be wearing that familiar G logo on his sleeve when racing.

This will be a multiyear contract and I'm excited to see what new racing products this could bring out of Logitech with their partnership.

Avid gamer Wallace will promote the Logitech G line of gaming wheels and simulation products

CHARLOTTE, N.C. (May 26, 2021) – Logitech G, a brand of Logitech (SIX: LOGN) (NASDAQ: LOGI) and leading innovator of gaming technologies and gear, will partner with NASCAR driver Bubba Wallace to promote its line of simulation racing gear, as well as other advanced gaming products.

“The first steering wheel I used in gaming was Logitech’s G27,” said Wallace, driver of the No. 23 Toyota Camry for 23XI Racing in the NASCAR Cup Series. “Today, I use the Logitech G923 wheel and pedals and the Driving Force Shifter when I race in the eNASCAR iRacing Pro Invitational Series. The racing sim market is only growing, and I’m ready to get to work to help Logitech continue to dominate this space.”

As a part of the multi-year partnership, Logitech G will become the exclusive partner of simulation products for Wallace, and the Logitech G logo will don the sleeve of his NASCAR Cup Series uniform.

“In addition to being an amazing racing talent, Bubba is a champion for continuing to advance diversity, equality and inclusion in racing and in society,” said Ujesh Desai, General Manager of Logitech G. “We are excited by the opportunity to partner with Bubba and engage race fans and gamers alike.”

Logitech has been a part of the racing scene since the introduction of the first sim racing steering wheel, the Logitech G25, and continues to introduce race fans and gamers to the world of sim racing with products like the G923 racing wheel with TRUEFORCE technology. In addition the company created G Challenge, the largest sim racing competition for amateur drivers, and motorsport enthusiasts, celebrating the world of e-racing.

About Bubba Wallace

Darrell “Bubba” Wallace Jr. is NASCAR’s only African-American driver and has played a critical role in NASCAR's push for inclusion and equality, including its ban of the Confederate flag at race events. In 2018, Wallace became the first full-time African-American NASCAR Cup Series driver in over four decades, starting his rookie season with a runner-up finish at the Daytona 500. The 27-year-old has six total career Camping World Truck Series wins, and Wallace became the first African-American driver in nearly 50 years to win a NASCAR national series race when he went to victory lane at Martinsville Speedway in 2013 (Wendell Scott won a NASCAR Grand National race in 1964). Wallace started the Live To Be Different Foundation in 2017, aimed at breathing new life into individuals striving to achieve their goals, no matter their age, skin color, disabilities or ambitions.
