Budget Cuts lands on PSVR

More On: Budget Cuts

Budget Cuts, when it debuted on PC two years ago was one of the more ambitious VR titles out there, and it largely realized its vision. Player movement, interaction with obstacles, design, Budget Cuts was the early attempt at ambitions that have only know come to life in games like Half Life: Alyx. So it's safe to say that even though this original isn't quite the finished product that Alyx is, or even what its own sequel - Budget Cuts 2 would become, there is very little on PSVR that comes close to how good of a VR game Budget Cuts already was on its first attempt.

But not resting on their laurels, Neat Corporation upped the ante with the addition of a brand new Pantopticon level and Arcade Mode to add to the existing experience of room scale movement, portal teleportation, blend of stealth and action gameplay, all with some really well thought out tools at your disposal to navigate and manipulate the world around you. And the soundtrack on the trailer is a banging homage to 007. So even if you don't have a PSVR unit, you should at least have a watch for the music alone.
