More On: PlayStation Plus

Next Tuesday is October 6, which means it is the first Tuesday in the month of October, which in turn means new games for the Instant Game Collection on the PlayStation Network. The new update for the program, which is exclusive to PlayStation Plus members, also brings the departure of a game as well.

Sony has announced that the PS Plus Edition of Driveclub will no longer be available as a free download after October 5. Gamers would be wise to at least add the game to your account before next Tuesday before you lose the ability to get it at all. As for the new games that will be available for free beginning Tuesday with the Store update, you can look forward to the following:

  • Broken Age for PS4 and Vita
  • Chariot for PS3
  • KickBeat for PS3 and Vita
  • Kung Fu Rabbit for PS3 and Vita
  • Super Meat Boy for PS4 and Vita
  • Unmechanical: Extended Edition for PS3 and PS4
