Citing weak consumer and retail demand Sony has
discontinued the 20GB model of the PLAYSTATION3. I was never a big fan of the two SKU systems as they segregate the marketplace (although Sony's at least had the common sense to equip both of their models with hard drives) and confuse consumers. I know there are a lot of people who are disappointed by this decision (his name rhymes with Yohn Jan) but I think this is a good move by Sony.
