If you watched the epic USA vs. Canada hockey match that wrapped up the last Olympics you're already aware of who Ryan Kesler is. If you didn't know who he was, Mr. Kesler was one of the top players for the American team that won silver at the 2010 Olympics last week and he's also a forward for the Vancouver Canucks.
Mr. Kesler can now add "video game cover athlete" to his resume as he has just been
named as the the face of
NHL 2K11. We've already
covered the fact that the game is a Wii exclusive this year so it will be interesting to see what 2K does with the franchise this year.
The ball is now in EA's court. Not that we want to make any suggestions but I'm pretty sure Ryan Miller hasn't done a cover yet.
