Have you had your Darkspore fix today? If not, Maxis is here to help. The latest trailer shows off some of the (up to) four-player coop action that can be experienced. There is mention of "working as a team and complementing each other’s abilities" but that's just fancy talk for beat stuff up together. What we don't know is how varied will the abilities actually be? It looks like most everyone is just running up and punching enemies in the face.
Darkspore will be released early next year so I guess it won't be too long before we get further details.
