Dean Takahashi has
posted his predictions for 2007 and it's hard to find fault with anything he has listed (although I'm starting to doubt we'll see
Alan Wake in 2007). Dean does save the biggest one for last though and that's Electronic Arts foray into new IP's with
Crysis,
Spore, and
Army of Two. These are huge risks for a company that's used to cranking out sequels, sports games, and licensed titles and if these titles bomb EA might retreat back to their old ways of turning out safer games.
