Is this a logo from a new Elder Scrolls Game?

On April 20th 2016, ZeniMax Media (Bethesda Softworks parent company) filed a trademark request for the below image that appears to consists of four keys overlaid on a compass design.

This filing is very similar to one made in Sep 2015 that is for the familiar dragon logo that is used in Skyrim.

Both filings appear to be for goods and services, namely jewelry (necklaces, rings, bracelets, etc). While the filing is of course very vague and offers no hint of what the design is intended for or what ZeniMax property it ties back to, it makes you wonder if this is the first hint to a new Elder Scrolls game that may be announced at E3 next week.

While I am speculating at this point that this is from a new Elder Scrolls title, the timing of the filing with E3 around the corner and the unknown origins of the logo (which sure has an Elder Scrolls Vibe to it) naturally lead to speculation that is tied to a new Elder Scrolls game. After reviewing all of the Elder Scrolls jewelry available on Etsy, I simply couldn't find anything that was close to matching this logo.  So any assistance from our readers if you recognize this logo from a current game or Bethesda/ZeniMax IP, please let us know in the comments.
